Maître Myriame EL KHIATI founded EKL Avocats alongside Maître Youssef Lahlou and has over 20 years’ experience in business law.

After earning a Master’s degree in Business Law and a postgraduate diploma (DESS) in Transport Law from the University of Social Sciences in Toulouse in 2003, Myriame EL KHIATI began her career in 2004 at Schenker France in Paris, the world’s leading freight forwarding company. As Legal Manager, she handled all transport-related litigation, acquiring in-depth expertise in this sector.

After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Law from Hassan II University in Casablanca, Youssef LAHLOU joined the law firm Hajji & Associés in 2007, before earning his Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA) in 2010.

Graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law from Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech, El Lamrani Fadoua began her career in 2011 at the law firm Bennani Smires Abdelhamid, where she specialized in handling litigation related to labor law and real estate law.

A business law legal counsel, Jihane holds a bachelor’s degree in Private Law obtained in 2019, as well as a specialized master’s degree in insurance law obtained in 2021 from Hassan II University of Casablanca.

She joined EKL Avocats in 2023, where she primarily advises on business law matters.

Trainee lawyer since 2023, Maître Fertoul holds a bachelor’s degree in Private Law obtained in 2019 from Hassan I University, as well as a double master’s degree in business law – Business Lawyer, obtained in 2022 from Mundiapolis University and Côte d’Azur University.

He joined EKL Avocats in 2026, where he is involved in both advisory and litigation matters in business law.
