After obtaining a Master’s degree in Business Law and then a Diploma of Higher Specialized Studies (DESS) in Transport Law at the University of Social Sciences in Toulouse, Ms. Myriame EL KHIATI began her career in 2004 in Paris at Schenker France, the world's leading Transport Commissioner, where she worked as legal manager on all transport litigations.

At the end of 2007, she left the Schenker Company and joined the Royal Air Maroc Group in Casablanca as Legal Counsel Manager. She was here supervising a team of lawyers and was in charge of validating/drafting all of the RAM Group's contracts, from the Company's most strategic aeronautical / fleet contracts to service contracts concluded within the framework of the group's activity.

In 2012, she obtained the Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer and joined Lahlou Law Firm where she remained there until July 2017. Within the firm, she had the opportunity to develop significant expertise in the framework of the development and validation of franchise contracts, distribution contracts, and/or contracts relating to intellectual property, in addition to all files relating to the processing of personal data.

In July 2017, Myriame EL KHIATI opens her own law firm and counts among her clients several local and foreign freight forwarder, a renowned bank, Public Establishments, aeronautical companies, and more generally Moroccan and / or international companies involved in various industries.

She also participates in the organization of seminars on contract law and / or personal data law.

Youssef LAHLOU, BUSINESS LAW LAWYER

After obtaining a degree in Private Law and a Diploma of Advanced Studies in Business Law, Youssef LAHLOU joined the Law Firm Hajji & Associates in 2007 before obtaining the Certificate of Aptitude to the Profession of Lawyer in 2010.

During his career, Youssef LAHLOU has developed a particular expertise in private equity transactions, structured financing, legal audit, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and stock exchange law, real estate law, competition law and commercial and social litigation.

In July 2019, Youssef LAHLOU joined forces with Myriame EL KHIATI to found the firm EL KHIATI LAHLOU Avocats and among its clients are Moroccan and foreign industrial groups, particularly in the field of offshoring, Aerospace, equipment and computer services.

Youssef LAHLOU regularly speaks at seminars dealing with the different fields of law and provides training in Real Estate Law at Moroccan universities and colleges.
